<p>アクティビティアプリは運動量を記録できましたが、MyFitnessPalは食事の記録をサポートしてくれるアプリです。</p>

<p>MyFitnessPal は、スポーツウェアでお馴染みのアンダーアーマーが提供するアプリです。</p>
<p>私はこのアプリを利用して約20キロのダイエットに成功しました。</p>

<p>このアプリはサブスクリプションサービスで、全部の機能を利用する場合は年間6,000円の費用がかかりますが、私は無料機能しか利用したことがありません。</p>
<p>私が利用した限りでは、無料機能のみの利用でも十分に効果的な使い方ができたため、今回は無料で利用できる機能を説明します。</p>

<p>ダイエットにおけるレコーディングダイエットのキモは、カロリーや栄養素を数字で管理することです。</p>
<p>記録を継続することは適度に手を抜いてストレスを作らないことが大事です。</p>
<p>なので、食事内容を記録するだけでも効果を得ることはできますが、肝心な栄養素、かなりのカロリーがどんぶり勘定になりがちです。</p>
<p>MyFitnessPal は、そんな面倒なところをサポートしてくれるのです！</p>

<p>以下に、MyFitnessPal の便利な機能を一部説明します (全部説明すると終わらないので)。</p>
<h3>目標を設定できる</h3>
<p>最初に以下の4点を登録します。</p>

<li>開始時の体重</li>
<li>現在の体重</li>
<li>目標体重</li>
<li>1週間の目標</li>
<li>アクティビティレベル</li>

<p>アクティビティレベルについては目安の記載がないので、自己判断で設定しました。</p>
<p>私は仕事中は常にスタンディング状態のため、少しアクティブに設定しています。</p>
<p>栄養目標は摂取カロリーと3大栄養素を最適な値に設定してくれているので、そのままで問題ないと思います。</p>

<h3>バーコードで食べたものを登録できる</h3>
<p>個人的には、この機能が最もウレシイものでした。</p>
<p>食品のパッケージに付いているバーコードを読み取ると、自動でその食品の栄養素を記録してくれるのです。</p>
<p>ただし、過去にMyFitnessPal利用者がデータベースに登録したものに限るため、バーコードで数値を取得できない場合は、自身でデータベースへ値を登録して世界中のアプリ利用者とデータを共有しましょう。</p>
<p>試しに、ネイチャーメイドのスーパーマルチビタミン&amp;ミネラルを登録してみましょう。</p>

<p>私はApple WatchとMyFitnessPalを連携しているので、下記のようにワークアウト結果をカロリー計算に反映できます。</p>
<p>今日は摂取カロリーが目標値をオーバーしてしまいましたが、ウォーキングで約400キロカロリーを消費したので、目標を達成できました。</p>
